If more than one author from the same paper attends the congress, there will be a 50 percent discount for each additional author. In addition, if the same author(s) submit more than one paper, each additional paper will receive 50 percent discount.
Congress participants are responsible for their own expenses. The registration fee is collected as the contribution of each participant to the common expenses of the organization and includes all coffee breaks, congress materials including the editing and publication of proceedings book. It does not include travel and accommodation expenses. All congress participants have to register for the congress by making the registration payment. Please note that paper submission alone is not sufficient for registration.
For security reasons, bank and payment details are not provided here. Information about how to make the payment will be provided with the acceptance letter or can be obtained from the contact e-mail address (mensec2025@udg.edu.me).
